Bishop Owens along with his wife Cynthia Owens have served as Senior Pastors of the Three Rivers Worship Center since 1998. He began his ministry in Stuttgart, West Germany through the Church of God Christian Servicemen’s Center in 1980. For over 30 years now Pastor Owens has preached the Gospel across the United States and Overseas. He flows in the Gifts of the Spirit and is a dynamic Evangelist, Pastor and Teacher. Pastor Terry currently is the District Overseer for the Fort Wayne District of the Church of God. He has been active in television and radio for 21 years and was a former host on the Total Christian Television (TCT) Network's program TCT Today along with his wife Cynthia and was a regular on their most popular program "Ask the Pastor." Pastor Terry is an Ordained Bishop with the Church of God, Cleveland, TN.
